Sub-Regional Workshop for GEF Focal Points in Eastern and Southern Africa
Nairobi, Kenya, 19-21 May 2009
The Sub-Regional Workshop for GEF Focal Points in East and Southern Africa was held in Nairobi, Kenya on 19-20 May 2009. An optional GEF project site field visit was organized on 21 May 2009. The Workshop was attended by 27 Focal Points and designated representatives from 17 countries in Eastern and Southern Africa. Representatives of the GEF Secretariat, GEF Agencies, and the CSP also participated in the Workshop, along with some observers and members of the GEF-NGO Network.
